I recently went on a short trip to Moscow. Here are some pictures-

Above right: There are a lot of these kiosks on the street selling random things from newspaper to alcohol. Kind of like those in NY, except these are pretty much enclosed with a little window for money.

Above left: This is a MALL, right next to the Red Square. It looks like it should be a museum.
