With about an hour of daylight left, I had the impulse to go to Roosevelt Island. So I went next door and got on the tram for a little quick outing.

LA Trip

M and I spent a day in Santa Monica talking/walking/shopping/eating and just pretending to be Californians for the day (all were enjoyable until we had to get into the car and drive 30 minutes to go 10 miles...I miss my walkable city!!!).


Anyways. M is living right in K town right now, but I managed to convince him to try one of the Mexican food stands... let's just say that the tacos were good, but the lady was no Anna.
